In other words, there's a student involved, like the son/daughter of a well connected official or mogul, but the transcript, recommendations, scores, etc. may not be real or the applicant's own.[/quote] Kind of like the dozens of school officials in Georgia, at least one of whom may face significant jail time. Who have admitted to a wide-ranging scheme of instinct their students' standardized test scores?[/quote]
