Where are you located? Is there another nearby that doesn’t have a waitlist? We’ve been members of ours for 17 years and during that time there has never been anywhere close to a waitlist. We use it a lot and never once had to wait outside to get in either due to capacity. [/quote]

I'm in NWDC but put my name down at two pools in MoCo because the pool we were supposed to be getting in our neighborhood was canceled.  If the pace continues it will be 8 years until the pool we actually want has space, but the backup might be the year after next?  Sigh.[/quote]
