There are not enough practices for a player to be developed, but HB will take your money and sometimes that helps, but really it comes down to how hard your player wants to work outside of practice. And be prepared to be offended. Every year a few favors are granted and kids that aren’t deserving end up on blue. In my child’s year those girls were never moved down despite one girl never running the 300s. One doesn’t even play at her top ISL school yet still plays on Capital Blue. Kids openly joke about it.  It’s a very unfair club.

I would not do Capital Orange unless you are sure you want a school just for lacrosse. The coaches on the sidelines of the Orange games aren’t good. They will tell you they get every school out to see Orange, but coaches openly admit they don’t recruit from that team. You might get a unicorn once every few years, but don’t count on it. [/quote]
