Of course there are a million other factors, but that one will mess with your face almost more than anything else. Drinking as well I guess? The only person I know who actually smokes drinks a lot as well so I suppose it's hard to tell which one is causing what, but I think of smoking affecting your face and drinking affecting your body but I could be wrong.
