Our club cut loyal families and didn't event tell them. We figured the kid was in jeopardy of being cut, but when it was time for the cleaver, they didn't even talk to the kids or families. Just no offer for next year. I think that is not the right approach. As a standard, they should let you know you are on the bubble and then bring you in to talk to the family/ kid to say sorry at least.[/quote] There's no way that's the situation here. The kid plays goalie the whole game for the 3rd team out of 6 teams. They are trying to see which team doesn't have anyone who wants to play Goalie to slot him in. [/quote]
