[/b] [/quote] YES, if you attend enough tryouts (multiple sports but especially basketball) you will observe the shorter kids pulled off to the side or eliminated early before they even have a chance to show off their superior skills. Our youngest in middle school falls into this trap while our older, taller sons were given more opportunities to be fairly evaluated.[/quote]
