Everything in tomorrow's work session meeting is for discussion -- votes only take place in Board Business meetings, which are once a month. The last Board Business Meeting was only a week ago.

That it is a discussion doesn't mean there aren't presentations. Other discussion items on the agenda already have presentations uploaded, for example the policies being discussed at 1:20. Just because it is a discussion item does not absolve MCPS from posting the presentation in advance.[/quote]

100% agree. But they added the “(oral discussion)” qualifier at about 4:30 today (I’ve been reloading the site throughout the day). I suspect because people are looking for the deck… [/quote]
