Amin to that! So how can you justify paying with your life, sweat, and hard-earned cash for something like that???  Seriously!?  Why aren't people using their brains instead of trying to keep up with the Jones' and fulfill societal projections in what home and where they should live?  Why are people willing to go chain and ball paying $1m for something similarly bad?[/quote]

so you are comparing quickly built apartments to houses. duh[/quote]

New houses go up quicker than new apartment buildings.  I don't think the materials or the construction methods differ much.[/quote]
