The design of Woodward is not compelling and the same is true for Northwood.[/quote] Schools districts in DC and Northern Virginia tend to spend much more money on school design and architecture. Arlington even hired an innovative European architecture firm for one school. MCPS doesn't spend nearly as much money on their facilities. Howard County spends even less. [/quote]
