I'm curious about the more practices as we haven't seen this yet at same age. So teams 2-5 get 3 practices a week, but team 1 gets 4? [/quote]

We saw that last fall, the 1st team got 3 practices, plus a 4th practice comprising fitness, agility, ball skill session w their coach.  Then over the winter, they got prioritized weekly indoor sessions, where outdoor practices had to be cancelled.  They are paying more in Club fees, so that is where some of the money goes.
