[/quote] I am not the PP, but pointing out the problems with this house doesn't mean it wont' sell, simply because anything in the inner suburbs that are zoned for ok schools and is a detached SFH on a residential st for UNDER 1 mil is highly desirable for people who don't have a lot of equity to swap housing or high HHI. If I were a DINK couple wanting a home together and not wanting to deal with condo fees or annoyances of HOA and sharing walls with others I would get this house. The alternative is an older dingy townhome in more premium areas, but with strings attached to townhome ownership. In central mcLean (if you insist on Mclean pyramid) older townhomes go for over 1 mil. Of course, this house would sell. [/quote]
