Then don't vote Jawando.  He is an Elrich repeat.  Elrich didn't work well with council members when he was on the council and hasn't worked well with them as CEX.  Today's beat down of Jawando was over process -- his complete lack of working with his fellow councilmembers -- rather than about substance of his bill. [/quote]
