Heads of schools sit down with the admissions director and advocates for each of their kids applying. Private schools know when parents pay $50k, there needs to be placement and this works to their advantage as well. Schools are aware of decisions prior because if a call is needed to get a child off the waitlist at another school, they will make it. [/quote] Perhaps for some schools. Not for SJC Benilde. [/quote]
