You can get a nice house ANYWHERE in DC metro.  These people are high.  It's no Park Slope  :lol:  There isn't even a carport anywhere on this property and it has a curb appeal of a middle class older home TBH.   It honestly doesn't look any better than a remodeled split level in N. Arlington which can be had for half this price. [/quote]
