Not a fan of apartment views out the windows and from the porch, though love the color in the breakfast nook! Back of the home is very pretty.

IMO, Bungalow across the street way cuter!

Exactly. I am guessing Del Ray fluffers think they are the next Park Slope

It's super overpriced for what it is. You are paying for the fact that it's new construction pretty much.

I just don't think Alexandria is at the $3M price point yet, even for new construction. Too many better options in Arlington, Vienna, McLean. For reference, just a few months ago, this sold around the corner for $1.9 which is more in line with the market:

I also live in the area and agree—very nice house and good location but $3 million is nuts. It’s worth more like $2.5 - $2.6

At $3 million budget I’d actually choose to live up the hill about 3/4 mile on Mansion Drive.

You can get a nice house ANYWHERE in DC metro. These people are high. It's no Park Slope There isn't even a carport anywhere on this property and it has a curb appeal of a middle class older home TBH. It honestly doesn't look any better than a remodeled split level in N. Arlington which can be had for half this price.

The all white interior is painfully boring. No paneling. No trim work. Just painted wallboard.

I'd need to add a tacky carport after all the snow we've got if there was no garage at all!

A side facing garage is better. There is an old neighborhoods in Bethesda that prohibited street facing garages in order to protect the real estate value for everyone in the neighborhood. It is lovely to walk and drive around because the properties are beautiful. Most everyone has a side facing garage.

There is no garage I can see on this property at all, unless they aren't showing it. It's not Manhattan or even Georgetown It's a must for a home in this price range in residential areas to have at least 1 car covered garage or some sort of dedicated parking on property. It's idiotic to pay 3 mil to live in Del Ray and deal with the "joys" of street parking. I get it if you live in a cheap place and save money.
