There is harsher discipline towards black and brown kids.  I'd like to see every student operating under much stricter discipline.  Act badly?  Disrespect a teacher?  No sports or clubs for you.  Hit or threaten a teacher after 2nd grade?  Expelled and you lose your right to FAPE forever.  Hit or threaten a teacher 2nd and younger?  Suspended til the end of the year, parents responsible for mental health services and education.  Return the following year, sure, but do it again and you're out forever.  And yes, I want to see this applied to white kids too.  No getting off with rich lawyers.  [/quote]
