Anyone who believes this is actually an MCPS Admin gets to buy the Washington Monument from me - at a good price! Fine to allow your high achieving kids to have mental health days as long as grades are good and they are not missing a quiz or paper due day. Weast had standards, when he was here, although hated, was the last time MCPS was great. It's been a downward slide ever since he left
+100 on regard to Weast. It is what it is, no matter how many people try to sugar coat it.
LOL Weast fudged data. Everyone loves when data is falsified. When Weast was canned and the truth came out, reality hit. Weast was just a con man. Weast allowed sexual predators to stay in classrooms. Weast took bribes from vendors and awarded massive no bid contracts. Weast used MCPS money to invest in private companies. Those investments tanked. Weast hid revenue from the County Council and robbed children. Weast sued special education parents. Weast rigged enrollment data. Weast gutted policies and made sure the Board of Education transferred power to him and him alone.
I believe this. In many ways, Taylor is absolutely following in Weast's footsteps.
