There are some criticisms of Trump and the Trump Administration that are overblown but this certainly isn't one of them. Anyone suggesting that it makes sense for a sitting POTUS to have buildings named after themselves or as in this case, change Federal Holiday protocols in a manner that involves their own birthday??? How can anyone with an IQ over 70 try to defend this arrogance and narcissism?

Everyone realizes it’s bananas.

And yet nobody is even attempting to call out the crazy and rein it in.

And while these things seem silly, the reality is the mounting unethical behavior coupled with the downright dangerous attacks on our democracy, the rule of law, and beyond are damaging our country in myriad ways.

Shame on Congress for not taking action. Shame on the Supreme Court for not doing the right thing. Shame on the American voters who put him in office. Shame on the democrats for not reining in their own side, better handling Biden’s waning years, and ultimately creating the situation that prompted people to vote against Biden.
