What OP said about guys at work carried no negative connotation just a pure statement of fact. His statement carries a negative statement with an attitude that nobody in their right mind would want a MILF. OP is not even a "MILF" she's very young!

He never said anything negative. She asked what age he finds [b]most attractive[/b]. He said 18-30. That's true for most men. He never said that women 30 and older are not attractive at all. He said 18-30 are MOST attractive. There is nothing negative there.
