If NoVA is the Virginia suburbs of DC, let's compare NoVA broadly against the Maryland suburbs of DC. That's Montomery, Prince George's and Howard (as comparable to Loudon in terms of distance and rural but developing nature). NOW let's compare the two in terms of attractiveness, walkability, styles of houses and commercial development.[/quote]
