I am confused by the logic.[/quote] NP - to be fair, teachers preparation programs could use a whole host of reforms and should include courses to address a lot of things that teachers face in real life classrooms. Even teachers acknowledge this. And some of the bureaucrats, also have Master's/PhD's in a specific content area, any may themselves have some teaching experience.[/quote]
