I follow a lot of conservative/MAGA conversations on X. I know plenty of people who voted for Trump—some who don’t like him personally and others who strongly support him—and I’ve never once seen them say things like “I’m cutting off my commie relatives” or “I’m done with my liberal friends.” What I do see, especially on here and Reddit, is that kind of rhetoric coming far more often from the anti-MAGA side—directed at their friends, relatives, or really anyone who disagrees with them.[/quote]

Disagree about what though? Because MAGA holds their racist, homophonic and misogynistic rhetoric under the umbrella of politics. And I think people are more likely responding to the racism, misogyny and homophobia than the actual politics.

Separately, you can go to Reddit and easily find maga who want liberals rounded up and destroyed. So just because you aren’t seeing it doesn’t mean it’s not there. [/quote]
