I worked at subway in college and there were always two people staffed until 6 pm, when it was down to one person. In a college town. The line was always out the door and people were enraged that it took 30 minutes to get their order. I encouraged them to complain to the manager but she of course did nothing because she had the best staffing numbers in the region. People would call and want to order party subs for pickup and I would refuse the order and tell them to call a different subway. With mobile orders I can't even imagine.[/quote]
