Or simply selectively terminate most male embryos, which is a LOT easier than spending 20-some years raising a human being who despite your best efforts is still statistically probable of becoming a mass shooter.

This would result in a Bronze Age style patriarchy, where men all have multiple wives and concubines. The lack of competition from other males would allow them to live their lives like an endless porn movie and have zero motivation to do anything they don't feel like doing because they don't need to.
