I like kid time and I like adult time. I don't particularly enjoy half and half. It's either a kid-friendly conversation or it's not. [/quote] Same. My friends and I all love each other’s kids, and we spend parent/kid time together. But older kids/young teens go through phases where they hang onto EVERY word, so you really do have to police what you say. If I don’t have my own kids with me I prefer to be able to speak unfiltered. [/quote]
