You realize MSG is in so much more than asian food right? If you're only feeling sick from asian food, and you don't otherwise eat a 100% clean diet, it's not MSG.
No way. The MSG in Chinese restaurants makes people sick. It’s very real. The only thing that helps is a big bowl of Campbell’s minestrone soup (but tomato soup will do in a pinch.)
No, this has been extensively studied. People don't react in double-blind tests any more often to MSGs than placebo.
Dude that was sarcasm. There’s more MSG in a can of Campbell’s soup than a plate of orange chicken. Yet, all these people who constantly gorge on canned soup and ketchup loaded with MSG suddenly develop this massive medical issue when they eat a small amount of MSG in Asian restaurants. You can’t make this stuff up. Declaring that you have an MSG allergy is the equivalent of admitting your racism is so ingrained that even the foods you eat daily will make you sick if it’s branded as “foreign.” The mind is a powerful placebo—especially the racist mind.
