No she didn’t. She said that at the last test, the doctor discussed the likely condition with her DH and that this appointment is to have a ct scan to confirm the suspected diagnosis and to discuss next steps.

So if OP doesn’t go, she will have missed the initial testing, the discussion of those results and a tentative diagnosis, the confirmation testing, the confirmed diagnosis and the discussion of next steps. [/quote]

You need to go back and reread. At the previous testing, the doctor discussed the results and presumed diagnosis
