So if you live CR/PR you will likely like St Lucia. Ditto Maui/Kawaii. It's just more to do. If you just want beach do Anguilla, Turks, Caymans. For sailing it's BVI and many W European islands like Italy. Milos is really about exploring like Virgin Gorda on steroids :) I mean so much is dependent on your interest for activities.
