NP. Congrats, OP! I, too, hit 19.3 BMI on a GLP-1 and feel amazing. 5'7 and 123.5 lbs. Lost 23 lbs on a 2.5 dose of tirzepatide. Now taking 1 mg per week for maintenance. I truly thought I would just take it to lose the weight and then stop. But I have battled to be thin all my life (and always have been relatively slim, though the pounds have crept on in the last five years or so) and I absolutely hate being hungry. I hate thinking about food and how many calories I've eaten so far today and how many I left and literally that's the way I'd lived since about age 13. With the help of this med, I've gotten relief from food obsession. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full, and on this med, I get full on fewer calories. I still indulge in junk food occasionally, but not the wild binges I used to do. I no longer have that "all or nothing" stupid harmful thing where I'd succumb to a donut at the office, consider the day ruined, and then proceed to stuff my face with crap the rest of the day. First of all, on this med, I physically cannot do that - I get too full too fast. But also, I just don't have those powerful cravings for bad food that I used to. So I mainly think along the lines of, "What's the healthiest most nutritious thing I can eat?" Just came back from lunch with a client and ordered some grilled salmon and vegetables, ate it all, positively stuffed and will stay full until dinner time. No temptation to snack. It's a damn miracle. I will take this drug forever (my tiny dose, which is less than 1/2 of the starting dose); I feel like I have a new lease on life.
