Don't let all these haters make you feel like you have an ED, OP. I too am very thin and look 8 months pregnant after a moderately large meal. It happens every day at home, but I don't care. When I'm on vacation and need to be in a bathing suit, I do have to watch what I consume. There is no magic bullet. Even water makes me look bloated. I was told by a plastic surgeon it's because my rectus abdominus muscles did not re-join after my pregnancy and it will always just be like this unless I surgically repair the diastasis.
I too suffered from this and still do sometimes. Although I don't have kids so it's not related to pregnancy. It was most prevalent and debilitating when I was very restrictive with my diet (1200 to 1600). Now that I've stopped dieting so hard (more intuitive eating, probably eating 1800 to 2000 calories), it's gone away. It could be related to the stress (of dieting or extra vacation stress), or that I ate a lot of fake fiber foods (think fiber one snacks). Nowadays it only shows up when I PMS.
