A driver in a higher risk pool pays more premiums for a reason. Pre-existing conditions should be the same way. The old system was way better. The insurance companies and hospitals were all on the verge of bankruptcy in 2008 due to medical bankruptcy/unpaid bills. We shouldve let the insurance companies and the banks and hospitals go under in 2009, but instead Obama bailed them out.[/quote]
