Of course not.  If he supported reasonable legal immigration for people of all backgrounds, and if he had an ounce of compassion for the illegal immigrants here and wanting to get here, it would be different.

He's a hypocrite for not wanting to continue with the asylum program for people who have been threatened by gangs and escaping a death sentence in places like El Salvador.   Instead, Trump's admin wants to provide refugee status to white South Africans because the government passed some law that *might* take their land  (ie, eminent domain which we have here) that they took from native South Africans.

Because the helped US?  And by helping US (not Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, or Kyrgyzstan), they put their lives in danger.  We kind of owe them a debt since their assistance saved the lives of US soldiers.[/quote]
