Not PP but we’ve used Redweek to buy Marriot time share weeks at several very nice Marriott properties (Hawaii, Aruba, Hilton head).  The only real downside is that there is basically no cancellation — so you have to be pretty darn sure you’ll use it.  I even got some Marriott points for the week we stayed.
