I don't believe he is super rich, My daughter is a pre-school (head start) teacher at the school he  is the 5th grade teacher,  but he just got a divorced so  maybe its May-December relationship?  We haven't meet him yet, but seems like a nice guy the age gap is still strange.  [/quote]

I don't think you need to do much if it doesn't look headed for something serious.

If it does, you need to show her the countless stories of how miserable couples are when one of the partners becomes elderly/infirmed, and now the other is just their nurse, yet the younger one is only like 40.  It can happen sooner than you expect if the older spouse isn't in great physical shape.[/quote]
