I don't believe he is super rich, My daughter is a pre-school (head start) teacher at the school he is the 5th grade teacher, but he just got a divorced so maybe its May-December relationship? We haven't meet him yet, but seems like a nice guy the age gap is still strange.

It's basic evolutionary science to do so, as women mature faster and also age faster, than men. Also for stability.

Here in the USA many women have been duped into thinking they should marry their own age or younger men, but that's one of the big reasons for the increasing divorce rates.

Sure, it increases as one ages. A 10 year age gap for a girl in her mid 20s is very normal. A 20 year age gap when a woman is in her mid 40s is very normal.
15 year age gap with the man older, is the overall sweet spot, as a 30 year old woman looks about the same as a 45 year old man, and a 50 year old woman about the same as a 65 year old man, etc.

Nah. My DH is a bit younger and we’re very happy with each other. Close in age works well. I bet the PP is a dude trying to get younger women.

He will likely leave you for a younger woman as you get old looking.

My husband and I are the same age and we have been married for 40 years. We know at least five other couples from our college who also have been married 40 years or longer. We all feel feel that being a similar age has been a big advantage in creating strong bonds as a married couple.
