No plan, no true leadership, just 3 dad's who have kids in the club (2 of them rec parents, not travel) who have no knowledge of how to run a soccer program.....running things.  No coaching slate, no coaches for ~12 teams playing this Spring and no tryouts scheduled.

The guy pushing this is Mario and he is coaching the only team on the girls side that is not doing well in RL.  Go figure![/quote]
