You clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

Musicians in professional orchestras go through auditions, with legal audition rules decided through the musicians union, to win the job. The first round is where everyone takes a turn playing a set group of excerpts. It’s is behind a curtain and everyone plays the same excerpts. The committee usually picks 2-5 musicians they liked in round one to go on to round 2.

The world’s major orchestras and operas are still dominated by white males. Quite frankly, it wasn’t so long ago some symphonies wouldn’t admit women, even when they won the job. Musicians from poor families had almost no chance as its expensive taking private lessons for 15+ years and buying professional instruments.

Cis white men aren’t persecuted like they think. There seems to be a current generation of white men that think if they don’t get the rotten privileges abusing people like their fathers and grandfathers had …..ie getting all the choice jobs/ vast majority of college admissions / control of all the family money, even their wives inheritances/ never doing domestic chores/ having good-ol-boy cops look the other way when they linch black peoples / the legal right to “discipline” their wives (ie…get away with domestic violence and rape) -somehow they are being persecuted. 
Cis white men can adapt and evolve instead of bleeting all over the internet.
