Not to mention that they pay probably sucks.[/quote] Well, I actually think a lot about this because I recruit for the jobs. A good internship or workforce training program is sometimes enough. And since you mentioned he's 19 with no education or experience, I imagine that any pay is good pay. Average rate is $25/hr.[/quote]
