It's trust that our ES the vast majority of families have parents who work full-time and need care for their kids. But that's not being in a bubble. The bubble is those who have a parent or caretaker at home so have no problem sending their kids to school.[/quote]

No I get it, but in our area the lowest income working families do not have money for camp.[/quote]
