1. Why didn't they blast communications to all those customers?? Why do all these agencies seem to need a 101 on mass communications? Who is going to visit their website to see if there's ever an alert  :roll:

Not everyone signs up for alerts from A-Z companies, to be flooded by alerts. It is the responsibility of those companies probiding essential services to contact ALL customers, not those who have chosen to sign up for an alert. It is basic communications 101.[/quote]
