[/quote] I have mixed feelings about Kaiser. But even with them, it’s a text and email to say there’s an important message from my provider. But I have to log into the app to get it and click on a million things to get to the message, especially when it’s one of the kids. And then I check and it’s an appointment reminder for an appointment I already confirmed or a reminder to get my flu shot which I already got. The extra steps are annoying . I wish I could opt in to just have most messages go right to email or text without logging in. Also if there’s blood word for example, once a result or two is ready I get the “check the portal” email. But then another value or two is ready and I get another alert. And then the doctor writes their commentary on it an I get another alert. [/quote]
