Not PP but because they are not American.  I do see limits coming on both sides for colleges and internationals.  I have heard that what is being pushed is 5 internationals per D1 team excluding Canada and Mexico who would not be treated as international.  That is just a proposal but it is where the people advocating this are starting.  [/quote]
