I am getting accustomed to dark chocolate, but not overly dark, like cooking chocolate dark. I do not like it generally, if I could eat milk chocolate all the time. But, I have a dairy allergy, so it is what it is/
I recently learned about A2 milk. It has to do with the casein type, not the lactulose. There are two types of casein, A1 and A2. Most commercial milk has both, but for some people milk intolerance is actually intolerance to the A1 protein. There are also people who don't tolerate A2 and are better off drinking A1-A2. There are some companies that make chocolate bars using just A2. (me, I have no problem with milk, and drinking vegan milk is like decaf coffee to me--just doesn't do it for me)
