They “just” had money I used to be a professor, and once went out on a very large boat (not quite a yacht, but close) owned by some friends. They met up with a couple of other boaters in even bigger, more impressive boats. One was a carpenter and house painter, and the other was a plumber. They owned their own businesses, of course. But still, I felt out-classed (and out-smarted) in spite of my illustrious degrees. I was too busy paying back my ridiculous student loans to even buy a new car. [/quote][/quote]
