See! Winning is the focus of SYC. Don’t expect any development, just lots of social media posturing. If your player is just an ok player and want to ride the coattails of a winning MLSNext team, SYC is for you. If you have a long term goal for your player to play in college or more and actually get playing time, do not go to SYC. [/quote]

Wtf? Not true. My kid played SYC mlsnext u18/19 and is playing d1 this year. We have a u17 kid. We have been at many clubs.  The kids here all have really good individual skill and first touch. It’s what we noticed coming from some other “name clubs”.  They know they can pass and put a ball to someone else on the team and they won’t lose it , they will be on the right place, make the run, etc. The kids are great 1v1 too. [/quote]
