Between this and their horrible pharmacy service its no wonder they're closing a ton of stores. Good riddance. We all need to find new pharmacies at least those of us allowed to use other pharmacies. When it's that difficult to do business with a company it's time to move on. The store closing will be a good push for customers with one foot out of the door.
