I was pregnant and my thyroid medication dose was being closely monitored and changed monthly. They did an unrequested auto-refill on my old dose and when I went in to pick up my new meds they gave me the old ones instead.
Thankfully I noticed the pill color was wrong and got it resolved, but I was so pissed off to realize that they had given me the wrong dose. They are the worst.
I've been given someone else's medication twice now at CVS.
I was given benzodiazepines, while pregnant, instead of my prenatal.

We cleared the cookies and tried on a different device, and voila, it came up with different stores and many appointments at my regular store. Why is their computer system doing this?

Anonymous wrote:Just FYI I called a few times right at openning today re a fill issue - bizarre posters that seem confused re what a pharmacy is, the pharmacy said they filled it, the app said they had to send it elsewhere, I drove to elsewhere which was a half hour away and waited for a half hour and if I was going to drive to the other cvs, I wanted to confirm - this is why people need to call, btw, to clear up confusion - and the phone was answered twice!!! It was a steaming hot miracle.
Anonymous wrote:“LOL I agree. OP strikes me at a 72 year old overweight, diabetic woman with short gray hair who can barely walk/move, and still drives everywhere at 10mph below the speed limit. They also HAVE to have the handicapped spot in the parking lot, and often use the scooters at the grocery store, blocking isles and making life more difficult and dangerous for the able-bodied”
Are you always this arrogant? Or are you arrogant only when you are anonymous on a computer. Do better, who ever you are, just do better.
Anonymous wrote:OP, do you also demand to speak to manager there in person and hold up the line for rain checks? What kind of problems do you have that you think CVS can solve?
TLDR; What's wrong with you?

Right. Because if someone gets sick it’s always their own fault, amirite? Kids and babies too.
Anonymous wrote:Totally agree- the new phone system does not allow contact with a human being. I only call if the online or automated system is incorrect (says I can't refill something after visiting my doctor who wrote refills!) but I can't talk to anyone to fix it unless I actually drive to the freakin pharmacy. HATE THIS SYSTEM.
