Most of the time I fill in the tip amount on the form, tipping almost double than I would if I'd tipped in cash to make up for the taxes. And yet I've still had one particular driver tell me (more than once) to "tip in cash next time." I looked that fellow straight in the eye and told him that I rarely keep cash on hand and this would be the only type of tip he'd be receiving from me. [/quote]
