DP, but in what universe is that a defense? It's an explanation.

When my kids were in ES, some activities happened in parts of the building served by single-stall bathrooms. So in that instance, I can see how the predator may not have been entering a girl's bathroom.

Many predators don’t have any “look” to them, true. However, if I was in charge of hiring, this guy would be at the bottom of the list just due to his appearance.
