I tell my husband I’m going for “skincare stuff” or “a dermatologist thing.” They don’t really pick up on that stuff unless it’s very very obvious. BTW: If you still have plenty of breast tissue and are just deflated, you can get a lift. If you are left with flat, empty boobs like me, you’ll likely need implants. I have a small frame and I want the low profile ones. 55 is a great age for a face lift for many people. Before then, the issue is more about lost volume. [/quote]
